There are four townhouses all built in 2008. The townhouses offer the highest energy efficiency of any apartment or house we offer. They were designed and built specifically for college students.
Each have four bedrooms of equal size with big closets. Every room has a ceiling fan and there are hardwood floors throughout. There is an eat-in kitchen with dishwasher and there are 1.5 baths. There is a full cellar with washer and dryer and plenty of off-street parking, but with campus across the street, a car isn’t needed. A farmers porch on the front of each unit is perfect for chilling and a southwest exposure for the back porch is great for barbecuing or sun bathing.
